Return & Exchange Policy
Please refer to our size chart to ensure you order the correct size. In exceptional circumstances where your order does not fit well, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size or provide store credit. Please note: WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. All outlet and discontinued pieces are final sale and strictly non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on hijabs or scarves. Made-to-measure and pre-order items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable. We do not allow more than one exchange per order.
To qualify for an exchange, your product must be returned in its original condition with tags still attached, unworn, free from odors or perfumes, and without any damage or marks. Faulty item claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our returns department reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
Before shipping an item back to us, please request an exchange authorization from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. Email your order number and the reason for the exchange to info@vogueveils.com. All exchange items are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. If your exchange is authorized, please allow up to 10 days for the process to be completed.
Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of your return or exchange. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure your item reaches us safely, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.
Exclusions: Custom orders placed via email or Instagram, sale items, and 'Last Chance to Buy' items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
